Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and
shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who
does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling/Camping-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, email only. $30 change fee on or before August 3rd, $50 change fee after August 3.Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged the $75 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $75 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $75 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!
Note: Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00pm Sunday August 3rd will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes missing signatures, coggins, and any missing horse/rider/owner/trainer numbers, etc.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$50/stall/night. $35 separate check for clean stall deposit required. (Mail a separate check if not entering via Event Entries.) Stalls must bebroom swept to be considered clean per DNR standards. Permanent 10x10 with doors and rubber mats. STRAW BEDDING ONLY. 1 bale of straw/stall provided. PRE-ORDER any additional straw or any hay needed from sec'y by Sunday August 3rd. If additional bedding/hay is not pre-ordered, it will NOT be available for purchase.

IMPORTANT:
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES allowed on park land by MD state parklaw - LEAVE THE MINI-BIKES and ATV's AT HOME.
Show Jumping and Warm-up on grass at Gallaher Road site.

Dogs must be leashed or owners WILL BE issued a yellow warning card and WILL BE FINED $50 per violation by MD DNR, and riders may be eliminated as per USEF rule GR 301.6
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.
