USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.Please check fees before sending in your entry! Over payments of $25 or less will not be refunded

All riders entered in the I, IP, P, PT and M divisions must have proof of USEF membership! USEA current membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Bio security: This event requires a negative Coggins dated within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. 200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling open from Thursday 1 pm to Sunday 6 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial straw bedding included. Extra stabling $30 per night. OCF now offers dust free wheat straw bedding, if for some reason you can't use straw we will have shavings available for sale. Hay& bedding available for purchase in advance withentry or [email protected]prior toAugust 7thto have your order delivered to your stall. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
