Knoxville and West (I-40 OR I-640 bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel east approx. 17 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Once you are on 11E, Do NOT take fork to the right that says 11W/25W).
From Dandridge and East (I-40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) approx 6 mi. to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Follow directions as above. Directions to RG from area hotels on website: river-glen.com.

Hookup Fees: Electric & Water:$50 per night; priority given to those requesting multiple nights. Electric Only Pole: $40 per night; Generator/Tent: $30 per night. Dump station on grounds.

Late Entry Fees:$50.00.Entries are "received" when paid and must be received by the end of day, closing date July 15, 2025. An entry form, email, or phone call with NO PAYMENT is NOT an entry. Entries submitted electronically but not paid are not entries. Entries received on or after July 15 incur late fee.
Late Change Fee after closing date$50.00. Post-Closing Office Fee: $50 (for a horse scratched after closing that is replaced by a wait-listed horse.) Competitor Party: Complimentary.

Competition cancellation-No refund.USEA Starter and D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry fees:A $25 non-refundable office fee is included in the entry fee.
USEA membership and horse registration are required for all levels except starter. Divisions may be further divided or combined if number of entries and qualifications of riders warrant. Number of riders are limited by scheduling capabilities. . Double entries: Not accepted. Negative Coggins within past 12 months is required. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be RECEIVED IN OFFICE by the end of the day on the closing date, July 15th..A late entry fee ($50) will be charged for any entry received after the closing date of July 15th. A late change fee ($50)will be charged for any change made to entry after the closing date.Stabling Form: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated. A separate check for Stall Deposit -PER HORSE- must be included. An entry may be snail-mailed or filled out online at www.useventing.com/online services. Payment by credit card is accepted with electronic entry. ALL ELECTRONIC ENTRIES, IF NOT PAID ONLINE, must still be printed and mailed to the secretary with original signatures, negative Coggins within 12 months, Stabling Form and any monies. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
210 perm. stalls on grounds, 10 x 12; permanent iron half/gates provided on stalls.Entries limited to stall capacity. I/IP/P/M/T/TN/N/BN/Starter: $180 Thursday through Sunday. All early arrivals must email secretary. Addt'l nights $50 per stall. Initial 2 bags shavings included in cost; additional bags $10 each. Stall deposit: $50; send separate check PER HORSE. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) orstall deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. Tack stalls $160. No shavings provided.
Veterinarian: Will be on grounds through event. Emergency # also posted at secy's office.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 dRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.:
