Refunds:
Before Closing Date: Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. I track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and accuracy questions. P/M has terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. STABLING is limited and fills up quickly!! If you plan to stable for this event, SIGN UP EARLY. Stabling:112 permanent stalls with sliding doors. Stall size varies. Trailer Parking:ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF TRAILERS AT STABLING! All trailers must park in designated satellite parking. Only campers or LQ trailers that pay for hookup may park at stabling. There are only 8 hook-ups next to stabling, and 11 total on grounds. First-come, first served. Muck Deposit:Pay Muck Deposit on Event Entries!Muck deposits MUST be in by Sunday, July 6 to avoid Missing Items fee. OTHER:No unauthorized motorized vehicles on course. Only Official vehicles allowed. Bikes/motorized bikes allowed on course (outside of track) until XC day. Concessions available on grounds. DOGS:GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds.-Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
