Neg. Coggins within 12 months of competition date required for all entries.
Any non-competing horse(s) must get permission from the Organizer, pay $50 fee if approved, complete an entry form with all signatures (same entry form as if competing, including all signatures), submit coggins dated within 12 months of the competition date and be assigned a number from the Sec.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

We will be using the Permanent Pinney holder system. Riders willbe responsible for purchasing their own holder, the event will supply the numbers. They can be purchased thru most tack suppliers.
Reminding everyone - Larkin' Hill continues its tradition of promoting sustainability by asking everyone to bring a refillable water bottle. There will be coolers placed throughout the site for refills. Please also leave nothing but hoofprints by taking home garbage when possible and placing recyclables (only bottles, jugs and cans) in marked recyclable containers. For those stabling on premises please place all shavings bags in marked area.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
