USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. No Canadian Checks Accepted. All checks MUST come from U.S. Bank Account. Entries received after closing date to 6/18 are subject toalate fee of $50; 6/19 to show are subject to a $100 late fee. $25 change fee, for any changes made after closing date.$15 for incomplete entries.
All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2025 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with
them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been
vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6
months of entering show grounds!
Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
MODIFIED and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
202 12 x 12 perm. stalls, 7 15x15 pipe corrals, 300 10x10 temp stalls on grounds. Wood 12x12' stall priority given to TRR members, TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders and Premier Stabling Members. No Tying to barns, any barn damage repairs must be paid by competitor. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $250 from noon Thur. thru noon Sun. $40/additional stabling nights. Solid stall doors with bars and initial bedding only provided. Long term stabling available for discount before or after events - contact [email protected]. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase, $15/bag, email pre-orders to [email protected]; No outside delivery of bedding allowed. Haul-In Fee = $100 for weekend.

Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed, $100 donation to Cross Country Jump fund for dogs caught off lease. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes.
Team competition: Team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member.
Competitor's/Volunteer's/Official's Evening Happy Hour at the River Bar Friday & Saturday Night.
Food available on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Sunday after the competition for $70.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
