From the North: Take Mass Route 3 south to exit 7 (old exit 3). Turn left off the exit. Drive approx 1 mile then turn right onto Old Sandwich Rd. Farm is 2 miles on the right.
From the South: Take Mass Route 3 north to exit 3 (old exit 2). At end of ramp turn left. Then turn left onto route 3A north. Follow Route 3A north for approx. 2 miles. Turn left onto Old Sandwich Rd. Farm is approx 2 miles on your left.

Fees
Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Valinor Farm or Enter and pay thru EventEntries or Xentry. All fees must be paid and received by closing date or a $50 late fee will be assessed, strictly enforced.
Entry: Horse Trials divisions M: $250; T/N/BN: $235.00; Starter $200.00.
Horse Trials Competitors: USEA Starter/D&M fees and USEF fees for Modified divisions are not included as part of the entry fee, please add these to your entry.
Stabling:Very limited. $100.00 per night on grounds, permanent 10'x12' stalls with full sliding doors. Stabling can not be reserved thru EventEntries or XEntry. Contact secretary for availability and possible off-site options.
Fees: $50 fee for entries accepted after close date, $25 fee for any incomplete entries after closing date - this includes signatures, coggins etc. Do not plan to bring your paperwork to the show. $25 fee for any changes to entry. Change of horse or rider requires a new Entry Form.
Entries are not considered accepted until payment is received. Times will not be assigned for unpaid entries.
Refunds: scratches received in writing on or before closing day will be refunded less a $25 office
fee. Valinor will not refund EventEntries.com processing fees. After closing date no refunds. Withdrawals and changes must be in writing, fax or email.
Stabling will be refunded ONLY if management can fill your stall.
Competition cancellation: only USEF/USEA fees refunded.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) and the USEF admin fee ($8) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee and must be added to your entry.
ELECTRONIC ENTRIES ACCEPTED thru www.evententries.com or XENTRY. If space allows post-closing/late entries will be accepted with a $50 late fee.
All fees must be paid in advance and all
signatures and USEA/USEF numbers must be given to the secretary by closing
date or a late fee will be owed. Please do not expect to deliver paperwork or pay entry and stabling fees on show day.
Entries not paid by closing date are considered post entries and will be charged the $50 Late Fee. Times will not be assigned for unpaid entries. $25 charge for all incomplete/incorrect or changes to entry after close date, changes / scratches must be emailed. They can not be accepted by text or messenger or phone call. Please note: A change of horse or rider requires a new entry. Entries must included birth date, signatures, coggins, USEA #'s and payment to be complete. Entry forms must be signed by rider, trainer, owner, coach and parent if applicable.
Double entries not accepted.
Divisions will be further divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible section and include birth date on entry.
Checks will be processed as entries
are received.
$25 fee for non-negotiable check.
Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
USEA current membership (Junior Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required for all levels except Starter.
Preliminary and Modified Competitors (rider, owner, trainer, coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card OR
pay USEF show pass fee for each non-member. Exception: Riders and
owners are eligible for one Show Pass per competition year; trainers and
coaches are no longer eligible to participate under a show pass and
must be active USEF members.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as
well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are
required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training
requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All
participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF
Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More
information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Distances are approximate. M- 2200 m @ 490 mpm. T- 2000 m @ 420 mpm. N- 1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN- 1400 m @ 325 mpm. Starter- 1200 m @ 300mpm/max fence height 2'3". Starter course is a very simple introduction to the sport.
All courses have water, ditches and terrain appropriate for the level. Starter has a water option. Courses run through open rolling fields and some wooded areas. Excellent footing on established turf. XC course is continuously expanding and updating.

We will use paper numbers for pinnies.
Competitors must provide their own pinny holders. NONE available to
purchase on grounds!
Awards
Prizes for 1st - 3rd in each division, ribbons to 8th place. The Jockey Club's T.I.P (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) is sponsoring awards for the highest placing thoroughbred at each level and a ribbon for the second highest placing thoroughbred at each level. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P numbers to the event secretary with their entry. If you are competing a thoroughbred, be sure to register with the T.I.P. Stabling/Veterinarian
Very Limited. $100/stall/night on grounds. Permanent 10'x12' stalls with full sliding doors. Possibly more available off-grounds. Stabling is not available through EventEntries or XEntry, please contact secretary for availability and possible off-site options. Competitors stabling overnight please refer to stabling information link on our website and plan to arrive between 3 and 8 pm. Please contact secretary if you need to arrive outside of these times. Hay and shavings available for purchase, Shavings - $10 per bag, Hay $14 per bale. Please order with entry. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; please state preferences under Eligible Section, provide experience and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed.
Due to limited space non-competing horses are not allowed.
Please contact organizer if you need to arrive for stabling before 3pm or after 8pm.
Parking is limited, please write the size of your trailer on your entry form and trailer/carpool if possible.
Water and food available on grounds.
Volunteers greatly appreciated!
No wheeled or motorized vehicles permitted on XC on Sunday. (includes ATVs, motorbikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, golfcarts, bicycles and E-biles).
Bicycles and E-Bikes permitted on Saturday for course walking.

SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing
Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and
replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual
up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable
instruments.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear
headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law
(see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting
protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
