From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile. Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left. GPS coordinates are Latitude: 33.6485426 and Longitude: -81.8000836.

Each division will compete over 2 days. A/I/P/M are Friday/Saturday. T/N/BN are Saturday/Sunday. Final schedule dependent on numbers. Thurs: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Fri:7:30 am - All A/I/P/M Dressage, followed by SJ for as many divisions A/I/P/M as schedule allows. A and I will definitely SJ Friday. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm. Sat: 7:30 am - T/N/BN dressage, followed by SJ. All A/I/P/M XC, with any divisions show jumping first who did not do SJ on Friday. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm. Sun: 7:30 am - T/N/BN XC. Schedule is subject to change depending on numbers so check website for updates. Limited to 400 entries after which a wait list will be created.

Stabling: Limited on-grounds stabling. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for stabling with a paddock, which is in our Main barns close to the covered, and includes use of a nearby paddock. Both include 3 nights, from 8am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. Extra nights: $25 per night.

Grounds Fee: Competing horse = no additional charge,included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50, and please submit negative Coggins.

Change fee: $25, Late fee: $50, Late document fee:$25 (for documents submitted after closing): $25 charge per rider, not per document

Entries not postmarked and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 6/18/25.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. No entry accepted without full payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or the late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, owners, and trainers at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or pay a show pass fee. Only 1 show passis allowed per person per year and they must be paid online. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete. Horses must be registered with a Limited registration Beginner Novice through Training and a Full registration Modified through Advanced, riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires anew entry to bemailed or e-mailed. ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE PAID. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider if needed. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
