USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fee and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

USEA membership and horse registration are required at all levels, except PreStarter. Change of horse AND riderconstitutes a new entry - not substitution. Management reserves the right to combine or create divisions. Neg.
