We are excited to invite you to kick off the 2025 Eventing season in Michigan at Revel Run Equestrian Park. We hope to offer not only a fun, fair, and challenging cross country track on the rolling 150 acre retired golf course, but give you an incredible weekend show experience, and make it a great destination for you! The Revel Run Family is thrilled to announce the opening of our long coming biergarten, The Foxhole, new on the facilities for all to enjoy this year. From East: Take 94 West or M-14 west to 94 west to Baker Rd. exit. Turn south and go 1/4 mile to Jackson Rd. Go west on Jackson rd. 2 miles to Dancer rd. and turn south to venue. From North: South on US23 to I94 west and follow directions from above. From South: North on US23 to I94 west and follow directions from above. From West: Take 94 East to Fletcher Rd. exit to stop sign. Turn right on Fletcher and go about a mile to the east bound Jerusalem road (go pass the west bound) and go left. You will dead end into Revel Run.

Fri: Cross-country course open for walking-2:00 PM. Show Jumping course will be open for walking at 2:00 pm. Sat: P, M, T, N, BN, S Dressage 8am-3pm, Show Jumping 11am-6pm. All Dressage and Stadium Jumping will take place on Saturday. Sun:P, M, T, N, BN, S Cross country 8am. All Cross Country will take place on Sunday. Please note that all times are tentative.

Event Fees Directory: Entry: P,M: $250; BN,N,T: $240; Starter: $230. All levels pay starter fees and drug/D&M fees - $35 (goes to USEA or USEF). Stabling Options: 1. on site at neighboring property (Woodbine Farms), 10 min nice hack to competition area: $150.00 for the whole period. Can trailer to competition area also. 2. on site on grounds at competition area: $250.00 for the whole period. Limited number available. Tack Stalls will only be available if stalled at Woodbine Farms Muck Fee: $ 30.00 - Separate check needs to be submitted prior to arrival to Revel Run 555 Dancer Rd. Chelsea MI 48118. Check will be ripped up if stall is stripped and cleaned properly. Haul-In Fee: $40.00 for horses who are not stabled, onetime fee for both days. Late Fee: $45 is due if entry is received after CD (5/20/25). Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $45 only if place can be filled from wait list (even with vet note). Stabling fee only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the CFHT Jump Fund.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Vet cert is required for withdraws. All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary prior to CD.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. Change fee of $25 for any changes to entry after submitted, $45 fee after CD. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD. **All requests to stable with a group must use, "same, one group name" on all entries or request will not be accepted. Any stall changes will result in a change fee of $25, or $45 if after CD. Completed facility release form is required and may be found at www.revelrun.com if using Xentry. If entered on-line with Blue Horse Entries you approve the event release and waiver and your Facility Release form is automatically submitted. USEF Waiver and Release form can be found on their website and should be uploaded on Xentry or BlueHorse. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Sunday Morning, 7 am Rise and Shine Cowboy Prayeron rise overlooking the pond near permanent stabling. VOLUNTEERS always needed, welcomed and very much appreciated. Please contact Jim Daratony at [email protected] (734) 395-2633. Sharps containers for used needles will be prevalent throughout the competition staging areas. Please discard used needles in these containers. A fine of up to $100 will be given for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
