Directions

Address: 11008 S Hwy 475, Ocala, FL 34480. I-75 to one exit south of Ocala; exit 341, Belleview, Route 484. Go east on 484 for 2.5 miles to C.R. 475. Turn left onto 475 north. Go 2.5 miles, Horse Park entrance will be on your left. NEW ENTRANCE is also available: I-75 exit same as above directions heading East. SW County Hwy 485 approx. 1/4 mile. Left onto 475A (also called SW 16th Ave.) As you turn onto 475A, E-Z Mart and Country Lane Tack on left, Race Track on right. Continue for 1 1/2 miles. FL Horse Park sign and new driveway on Right. Driveway takes you to the west end of stabling. Park and go to Office to find stall #, OR, proceed to the main day parking area to the East of the Show Office.

ALL MUST reserve with Secretary. RESERVE EARLY, another function scheduled at Park. Early arrivals or additional night stabling MUST notify Secretary. Entries may be combined or divided; minimum of 10 entries to run 'Horse' divisions. Refunds: Before Closing Date, entries refunded in full less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date, refund at organizing committee's discretion. Competition cancellation- pending circumstances, potential refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M Fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entries: - Your entry is not considered complete without payment. - Payments can be made online with credit card - Late payments by credit card ONLY - BN: Competitors must be a current USEA Junior, Full, Life or Collegiate member; horses registered with either a Limited status or Full. - $50 returned/insufficient funds check. - $50 late fee for entries accepted after Closing Date as noted in Fees section. Changes to entries will only be taken up to Monday the week of the show. Any changes after Monday at midnight will be fined $100 fee. Any entries that have been "sold" between riders can only be used for the exact times and divisions of the original entry. - Double entries: Not accepted. - Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. - Out-of-state horses MUST have a health certificate for entry into the state of Florida. - PAPER NUMBER PINNIES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR XC; . YOU MUST submit a 2025 membership card for USEF membership for the rider/owner/trainer of horses competing at the prelim level and above. NO cell phone 'cards' can be used. If a membership card has not been received, you will be required to pay the $45 show pass fee. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

12x12 with doors, 1 bag shavings provided.Order prior to arrival.Orders must be placed by 1:30 pm for shavings to be delivered the same day. Order Form will be posted outside the Office. No calls or texts will be answered after 9 pm EST. Competitors are encouraged to pre-order bedding. On-Site availability is not guaranteed after the competition begins. Cross-country course will not be open for schooling prior to event. Courses closed two weeks before event starts. Divisions further divided if entries warrant; state birth date on entry. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
