Thurs:Cross-country course open-3 pm. Fri:8 am- All P, M, T , ON and NH Dressage and Show Jumping. Sat:8 am-P, M, and T, ON and NH X-C. 8am- N, BN & Starter Dressage. 10:00 am -Show Jumping - NR, BN & Starter Sun:8 am-remaining N, BN & Starter X-C. NOTE.....Schedule subject to change depending on entries. NOTE: All dressage will take place in the main dressage complex. All stadium jumping will take place in Alltech.

Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. NOTE: NO NON-COMPETE HORSES  

ELECTRONIC ENTRIES ONLY! Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.  Entries will be capped at 400. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels except Starter. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ONLINE COGGINS IS UPDATED AND VALID THROUGH SHOW DATES. $65 for each change made after C.D. (This includes horse substitution, level change, etc) Late Entries: If accepted after closing date, include $75 late fee. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months.  Health papers within 30 days should travel with horses.  $50 charge for bounced checks. Any refunds due to competitors' addition errors for fees will result in a $25 handling charge for a refund. Divisions (Open, Rider, Horse) may be combined as entries warrant.

Any additional fees incurred after closing date of April 29th must be paid before receiving packet.  Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. $150 a stall for Thursday through Sunday. Tack stall fees are the same as regular stalls. Majority of stabling will be in the Alltech arena barns. 400 permanent stalls on grounds. Stalls doors only provided. If not stabled on grounds must pay horse per day haul in fee.   NOTE: Groups wishing to stable together must use the same group/farm name on stable forms. This is the only way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stable forms with no stable with requests will be stable at stabling steward's discretion. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
