Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches/Changes must be in writing via email or mail only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/change fee through May 12th; $50/change fee after May 12th. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $75 late fee. ANY entrypostmarkedafter Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $75 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $75 Late fee. Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday May 11th will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes signature pages, coggins, horse or rider numbers, etc. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF Rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. The event will follow the Headgear Law as stated in EV114. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. 8 ribbons per division. Awards for Advanced division sponsored by Taylor, Harris Insurance Services IEL awards for 1st and 2nd place teams T.I.P. Champion & Reserve ribbons and awards (mustsubmit T.I.P. number to secretary prior to dressage).

Stabling/Veterinarian

$50/stall/night. $35 separate check for stall cleaning deposit required. Stalls must be broom swept to be considered cleaned per DNR standards. Permanent 10' x 10' stalls with doors and rubber mats. Straw bedding ONLY. 1 bale of straw/stall provided. PRE-ORDER any additional straw or any hay needed from sec'y by 6:00 pm Sunday May 11th. If additional bedding/hay is not pre-ordered, it will NOT be available for purchase. Veterinarian:Dr. Steve Berkowitz 610-656-2862. Farrier: # posted at sec'y office. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Scottish Games will be happening at Fair Hill at the Fairgrounds area on Saturday. So, there will be extra activity on the grounds for stabled horses. Day Shipper parking and Competition will be at Gallaher Road. **Note: Jr Divs - If a minimum of 10 Jr entries in a level is not met, entries will be moved to rider or open divisions depending on rider eligibility. IMPORTANT: NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES allowed on park land by MD state law - leave the mini-bikes at home. Show Jumping and SJ warm-up on grass for all levels in the Gallaher Road jumping field.

1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
