Thurs:Barns open at noon. Cross Country open 3:00 PM. Early arrivals must have permission from the Sec.
Fri:8:00 AM Dressage all day. Starter and BN divisions Show Jumping starting around 2:30 PM.
Sat:Cross-country. Starter and Beginner Novice Award Ceremonies during Comp. Party.
Sun:Show Jumping and Awards.

Entries limited to 200. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. Pinny Holder Required available for purchase at vendor trailer!
All Entry Fees include mandatory stabling from Thursday to Sunday!

Clean Stall Deposit:$50 cc will be charged if stall is not stripped clean!
Camper Hook-ups:$130 Thursday-Sunday. Spaces are limited. No refund after closing date unless space can be filled.
Golf Carts:Limited number available for rent $350. Must be ordered when entering.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund - $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.
Wait list will end 2 weeks prior to the show date. If we were not able to get you in to the event, your payment will be refunded.
Entries
Entry fees include Stablingfrom Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee before close date. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $175 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $50 cc will be charged if stall is not stripped clean. Change fee $25 after CD, $40 charge after schedule is done, notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. All riders entered in the IP, P and M divisions must have proof of USEF membership!
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Pre-Starter. Pre-Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and theUSEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
IEL Team Challenge participants must submit team roster to Show Secretary.
Bio security: This event requires a negative coggins dated
within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of
the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

All courses offers ditches, water, banks The XC footing is sandy loam turf and one of the best in the country! All courses spectator friendly!Cross-country course open only by appointment, course close two weeks prior to show (May 2).
Awards
All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place.
Awards Ceremonies for Pre-Starter and BN divisions will take place on Saturday evening during the competitor party.
Stabling/Veterinarian
200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling opens Thursday 1 pm-Sunday 6 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial bedding included. Extra stabling $20 per night.Hay& bedding available for purchase in advance withentry or email [email protected] prior to May 12th to have your order delivered to your stall. Bedding orders received prior to event $10, during event $15! Stall cleaning deposit $50 cc will be charged if stall is not stripped clean. Indicate only ONE stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian:Ann Bower # will be at show office and stall doors. Farrier: Sarah Colton she is available on grounds, starting Thursday PM.

Please help us protect the xcfooting by limiting the amount ofvehicles used on course. No scooters, electric bikes or golf carts allowed in water complex, wooded paths or hills for any reason! Course walks must be on foot, unless approved by show management.
Leashed dogs are
welcome. Help us keep the show grounds clean, please clean up after your dogs! Please don't drop used bags under jumps etc. discard in garbage containers.Bags available at the
office.
Food will be available during the event. Competitor Party and Awards Ceremony for Starter and BN is scheduled for Saturday evening after XC.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
