Refunds: Before CD - ENTRY, STABLING, CAMPING less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD - ENTRY, STABLING, CAMPING - no refund unless there is a waitlist and the Secretary is able to fill the spot with a completed entry then refund less $25 non-refundable office fee; NO REFUNDS for ENTRY, STABLING, CAMPING after 9pm on SUNDAY, APRIL 20. Waitlist expires at 9pm on SUNDAY, APRIL 20.
USEA STARTER/D & M Fee Refund Policy: USEA STARTER/D & M Fee is not subject to office fees and will be returned within 30 days of the event to any rider who does not start dressage test.
Competition Cancellation: No refund.
Changes/Scratches: Must be in writing to LHPCHT Secretary via email. $50.00 fee for any change after CD; $100.00 fee for any change after ride times are posted.
Coggins/Vaccinations: Required for all horses on grounds; Proof of Negative Coggins within 12 months, Vaccination Record/Letter from Veterinarian (with signature) showing flu/rhino vaccine received within 6 months.

Horse Limit: HT Committee reserves the right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition.
Waitlist: After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the waitlist. Only complete entries are placed on the waitlist. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Sunday, April 20 at 9 pm.

Payment can be made by Credit Card or US CHECKS/ MONEY ORDERS ONLY- NO FOREIGN CHECKS.
Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Returned Check Fee is $50.00.
Late Fee is $50 after CD.
Change Fee: $50.00 fee for any change after CD; $100.00 fee for ANY change after ride times are posted.
Competition Cancellation: No refund.
Pinney Holder: Riders must bring a pinney holder. Paper numbers will be provided by LHPC
SAFESPORT/MAPP: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
Coggins/Vaccination: Negative coggins required for all horses within 12 months and must accompany entry. Vaccination record or letter from veterinarian (with signature) showing flu/rhino vaccine received within 6 months required for all horses.Horses without copy of current coggins will not be allowed on grounds.

Large galloping tracks that are not overly technical for spring event. All courses include ditches, water, and terrain questions. All courses are solid for the level. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES IN OR PARKED WITHIN 15 FEET OF BARNS AT ANY TIME. Security will remove them and will not release vehicle until the posted fine is paid.
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE. Contact the Secretary if you require assistance “walking the course” due to mobility issues. Please provide ample time for Secretaryto arrange accommodations for you.

PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. (See GR801)
