XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.

Copy of horsesCoggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event, please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or mailed in entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $100/stall-9am Saturday to 9pm SundayAdditional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 100 perm. stalls on grounds. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings. Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. If preferred You can order bag shavings for $8 per bag. Please let us know on entry or by e-mail if you would like bags and how many. Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
