Refunds: Before C.D. less $25 office fee. After CD no refund, unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund for eitherless $50 office fee will be given, if refunded it will be via check returned within 30 days of the competition. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted. No Canadian Checks Accepted. All checks MUST come from U.S. Bank Account. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee.Entries received after closing date 2/11-2/14 are subject to a late fee of $50; 2/15 to event are subject to a late fee of $100. $25 change fee, for any changes made after 2/15, please submit changes here: 2025 Horse Trials Scratch/Change/Add/Cancel an Item.$15 for incomplete entries. All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to: 2025 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of VeterinaryInspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership. MODIFIED and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. 400 temp stalls on grounds. Pipe pens, available by request if available - $250. $250 from noon Thurs. thru noon Mon. 202 Permanent 12'x12' stalls. Wood perm. Stall priority given to TRR members, TRR Volunteer Barn Winner and Premier Barns. No Tying to barns, any barn damage repairs must be paid by competitor. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests.Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be leashed, $100 donation to Cross Country Jump fund for dogs caught off lease. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: Team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member. Food available on grounds. Non-competing horse allowed for $100/horse facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Sunday after the competition for $70. Please pre-order shavings and hay before the Event with entry or at 2025 Horse Trials Scratch/Change/Add/Cancel an Item.
