Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months-send with entry. Copy of horsesCoggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event, please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to! We do not accept faxes please communicate and send documentation through e-mail (preferred) or by mail. Entry byevententries.com is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted. All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers. We do not accept electronic payment thru XEntry. If you enter thru Xentry you will need to send funds by mail or PayPal. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.
