Entries include a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Faxed entries WILL NOT be accepted. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T,N,BN or Full) are required at all levels. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before closing date - less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date - refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled. Changes made to an entry after closing date will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event. Late entries (if space allows) will be subject to a $50.00 late fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund. X-C Pinny/Holder/Insert Required. Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line. PLEASE include a winter address and email on your entry form. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Permanent Wooden 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 Stalls with Permanent Doors. $200.00 for duration of event, Friday - Sunday. Early arrival or late departure stalls will be an additional $35.00 per night/day. Each stall comes with 1 bag of shavings. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving (no manure, urine, or hay), NO CARDBOARD SHAVINGS/STRAW. 104 permanent stalls on grounds. Levels may be divided or combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the eligible section and birth date on entry. NO unauthorized vehicles on course. NO golf carts or motorized bikes (MUST PEDAL) allowed on course while cross country is running. NO Canadian checks. NO camp fires. Food and Tack vendors on grounds. Dogs MUST be leashed AT ALL TIMES with something or someone attached to the leash UPON ENTERING THE PROPERTY! If caught $50 fine and subject to Yellow Card. No loud generators. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
