If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked or electronically entered after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered too! We do not accept faxes please communicate and send documentation through e-mail (preferred) or by mail. Entry byevententries.com is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted. All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
