Dressage Test of Choice (TOC) ENTRY FEES:
Early Bird Rate for all tests: $30 (For entries COMPLETED AND PAID during Early Bird period).
Regular Rate for all tests: $55 (For entries COMPLETED AND PAID during regular registration period).
Post Closing Date Rate for all tests: $105 (For entries COMPLETED AND/OR PAID after Closing Date).

INCOMPLETE ENTRY FEES:
Entry Fees are assessed based on the date that the entry isCOMPLETE and PAID, as listed above. Packets will not be released for any rider with an incomplete entry or who owes money.
Missing/Incomplete Paperwork:IfANY paperwork/forms (e.g., FMF waiver, Coggins, Signatures,USEA numbers, etc.) are incorrect/incomplete/missing/out-of-date
after the Tuesday before the show, an ADDITIONAL $25 admin fee will be charged. This fee MUST be paid online or in-person with cash at packet pickup on show day.
CHANGE FEES:
Changes made on/priorto CD:No charge.
Changes made after CDthrough Nov. 12th:$50 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $100),notper email received.
Changes made on/after Nov 13th:If accepted, $75 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $150),notper email received.
All changes (including change of rider, horse, or division) must be made via email (
[email protected]). No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes (i.e., changes made the Wednesday before the show or thereafter), but please be aware that changes of horse, rider, & division can be difficult to make once the schedule is nearly complete.
STABLING FEES:
Muck Deposit:A $100 check must be given to the Secretary at packet pick-up. Deposits will be shredded if stalls are left as requested.
Limited On-Site Stabling: $100/night. Please contact the Secretary to confirm availability PRIOR to selecting the Stabling option online.
Limited Off-Site Stabling:$75/night, if available. Please contact the Secretary to confirm availability PRIOR to selecting the Stabling option online.
REFUNDS:
Before the CD:Entry fee (less a $25 non-refundable office fee) and the USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
On/after the CD:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
Competition Cancelation:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
USEA Starter & D&M FeeRefund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
