Entries

ALL mailed entries, Event Eventries & Xentries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked prior to or on closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete may not accepted or assessed the incomplete entry fee. Changes after C.D. $25. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund prior to close date; FEI after C.D. to Oct 20-Less $25 office fee; HT after C.D. to Oct. 13-Less $25 office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. All changes/scratches must be made by email to[email protected]. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses (state law). All PRELIM and above must send a copy of your USEF card for rider, trainer & owner. FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses and U.S. CCI4*-L horses. CCI 3*/2*/1* U.S. ownedhorses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number.

Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian

$275 for duration. All stalls are either Permanent, Barnstable Stalls from Fredericks Equestrian International, or Chinook. Tack rooms available for $275. Barn opens noon October 30th until November 7th atnoon. Early arrivals by appointment- $30/night. Stall doors & initial bedding provided. Haul-in option for National horses only, $100. VIP Ticket sales are available at www.galwaydowns.net! Cross country courses close September 30, 2024 at sundown. Schooling Dressage and SJ rounds on Sunday October 27 for horses entered in the event. Signups available October 20 at www.galwaydowns.net. Cross country courses are a mixture of sand and grass. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Horses Flying from Eastern U.S. please contact Organizer for transportation from Airport. New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is tight; you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended.
