Refunds: Before CD: - Refund less $25 office fee;After CD: -no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded less $50 office fee. Competition cancellation -No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date a late fee up to $50 will be charged, entries after 11/15 $100 late fee. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures or full payment not with entry. All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2024 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter & Pre-Comp. Starter & Pre-Comp participants are exempt from USEA membership; USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. BN-1900 m @ 350 mpm, educational questions of the level, including an introduction to water and a combination of rails. Starter-1700 m @ 300 mpm, introduction of horse and rider to Cross-Country, height 2'4" max. Pre-Comp-1250m @275 mpm, introduction of horse and rider to cross-country, height 2' max, no ditch, no bank, water option 12 jumps. Cross-country course closed Sunday, November 10th at dusk.

Awards

8 ribbons per division. Prizes for all 1st-3rd.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$250/stall. Thursday to Sunday included. $40 for additional nights. 274 permanent stalls on grounds. 536 portable stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes Cross-Country Schooling on Sunday. Hay/ Bedding available for purchase at Show Grounds. Shavings - $12/bag, no delivery of outside feed or bedding permitted. Further info from Sec'y. SAzEA uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
