Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspxor they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.

Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds; $75.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Non-competing horses must have current coggins, a flu/rhino vaccination letter, and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas.
Junior Novice and Junior Training divisions will be Rider divisions restricting the divisions by experience in accordance with USEF Rules for Eventing Appendix 3, and JYP will be an open division.Absolutely no motorized vehicles on Cross Country courses at any time. Changes to Entry:All changes to entry must be made in writing before closing date, any change to entry stats/stabling/post entries after closing date, a processing fee will be charged according to information below. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. A fee will becharged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after October 1. Any paperwork received after Oct 7 (postmarked or delivered) add $50 fee. Incomplete entries may be waitlisted. A $50 charge will be attached to all entries missing paperwork: signature pages, coggins, vaccination letter, payment, USEA/USEF #'s, or other information if not received by 5 pm on Monday, October 7.

Mars American Bred Talent Trophy:
Celebrating the dedication and passion of American breeders and the US high-performance talent pipeline, the Mars American Bred Talent Trophyis awarded to the American-bred horse to place highest in the 4* level at the Morven Park International & Fall Horse Trials.
Qualifications: limited to horses bred and born in the United States, no breed registry limitations. Qualified horses will be determined by the information provided on their FEI Database profile/FEI passport.
Award Process:Trophywill be awarded to the highest-placed American-bred horse at the 4*-L level. If there are no horses qualified in the 4*-L division, thetrophywill be awarded to the highest-placed American-bred horse at the 4*-S level. If there are no qualified horses in either division, thetrophywill not be awarded for that calendar year.
Includes $10,000 for top place, $5,000 for reserve.
U25 awards provided by The Piedmont Equine Practice:Awarded to the top U25 competitors in the CCI2* and the combined CCI3* & 4* divisions.
The Rockview Mr. Diamond Award:Given to the top placed rider in the Preliminary Rider class. This award was created to celebrate a horse and rider combination that has worked together to get to the preliminary level. There will be a $250.00 cash prize awarded to the winner. Qualifications include a Dressage score under 40, no more than 8 jumping faults and 0 time penalties in Show Jumping, no jumping faults on XC and no more than 5 time penalties. Neither horse nor rider can have competed above the preliminary level.
Sparrow’s Nio Award provided by Von Sacksen Eventing:Awarded to the 3* competitive pair demonstrating an incredible partnership throughout the weekend of competition. Winner to be selected by the 3* Ground Jury.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling:Stall $290. Tack/Additional Stall $290; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Temporary stalls may be added if needed and available. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and must move and pay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $11/bag. NO STRAW PLEASE. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles permitted in barns: See section 10.
Stabling fee covers arrivals from Wednesday, 10/11 after 8 am through Sunday, 10/15 until 5 pm.

DOGS MUST BE LEASHED at all times while on grounds. USEF Rule GR1301.6.
Absolutely NO motorized vehicles left in barns. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE.

Levelsmay be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section otherwise OPEN is assumed (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possible) and birth date on entry (otherwise SENIOR is assumed).
