Coming from the south: From I-35, get off at Exit 210, turn right and take 175th Street east*Go slow at R/R tracks* after stop light, turn left (North) onto Pflumm Rd and go 0.8 miles to Horse Park entrance on left
Travelling from the north: exit 214 (Lone Elm Rd/W. 159th St). Turn ontoS LoneElm Roadand go to 175th Street. Turn left at 175th Street then follow above directions from go slow at R/R tracks.
If you are heading south on Pflumm from 159th & Pflumm, horse park entrance is 1.2 miles south of the intersection. (Horse Park entrance is not a "marked" park entrance, look for horse trial signs.

Show Jumping Ride Times: Higher levels to lower levels;Order of go is reverse order of placing; no individual ride times will be provided; 15 minute break for course walks between divisions; ribbon pinning/awards with victory gallop after each class; courtesy rides upon request/approval of PofG/TD at end of each class
Cross Country Schooling will be available Sunday from 10:00 am until 1 hour after last show jumping round completed, weather and footing conditions permitting. Fee $50 per horse/rider combination. Must sign up with secretary prior to schooling. Non competition horses $100 (sign up, paid, and Coggins received by 9/19/24). Riders must have a grounds person 18 years old or older accompanying them on course during the schooling and EMT must still be on site. No XC horses in stadium warm up area. Must have penny holder and pick up xc schooling number from secretary with payment.

All levels - USEA membership (Junior, Full, Life) and horse registered (Limited, Full) is required.
Mailed entries must be received by closing date (CD). Be sure to allow enough time for mail delivery! Bounced Check Surcharge: $50. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds:See above "Event Fees'. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses-must accompany entry.
There will be an Express Check In for competitors who have submittedCOMPLETE entries by 9/17/2023. Completed entries shall include payment, all required signatures and current Coggins.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

IP/P-Approx. 3100 m @ 520mpm. PT/T-Approx. 2500 m @ 450 mpm/20-24 obstacles. N-Approx. 2100 m @ 375 mpm/18-20 obstacles. BN-Approx. 1900 m @ 350 mpm/14-18 obstacles. Starter-Approx. 1500m @ 275mpm/10-14 obstacles and inviting. Our course designer describes the courses as follows: all courses are over mowed grass park land with open rolling hillocks with no significant elevation changes. There are a few wooded areas that will be galloped through. N, T, P will have maximum size fences on course so do not consider this a "move up course", however, the courses should be considered standard for their level. Cross-country course closes August 21, 2024.

Eight (8) ribbons per division are awarded.
The Jockey Club's Thoroughbred Incentive Program awards will be offered. The TIP number is specific to horse and rider combination and MUST accompany entry. For additional information, please see tjctip.com.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $240/Stall from 8:00 am Friday through noon Monday. Thursday night available for $30 with prior reservation through show secretary. Approx. 10x10 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. To ensure on ground stabling, send entries AND payment early.On ground stabling will be determined by the date an entry is received. Entries received before closing date will have priority. All horses that are kept on grounds overnight must have a stall that is provided by competition management. Horses may not be stabled in horse trailers on grounds.$75 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. Bedding available for purchase and should be ordered prior to arrival, please include a quantity with your entry. Shavings are $10 per bag (shaving are NOT included with stall fee).
Please note that stabling is limited and we are passing on exactly what we are paying for the temporary stalls. We have zero mark up.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
