Draw check to Twin Rivers Ranch. Entry: Per division: CCI4*S: $700;CCI3/2/1*S: $600; A: $425; I/P/M: $400; T/N/BN: $350; Starter: $300;YEH: $200.

Stabling: $250. Shavings: $15/bag. Additional nights Stabling: $50. Haul-in fee: $100 (non-stabled horses). Non-Competing Horse Fee: $100 (per Non-compete Horses). RV Hookup: Water & Power - $360 Thur.-Sun. $90/additional day; Water Only - $140 Thur.-Sun. $35/additional day. (No tying horses to trailers in RV areas).

Teams: $5/person.

Refunds:Before C.D. Refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. After CD. After CD no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list less $50 office fee. Xentry Refunds: All Xentry's paid with credit card that are refunded from wait list are subject $25 non-refundable office fee taken from refund. Refunds will be mailed via check 30 after the show.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Entries

Entries & Xentries MUST include payment to be accepted. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE!Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $50. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.Starter: USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee does not apply. Double entries: Accepted $25. Change Fee: $25, for any changes made after closing date, all changes/scratches must be made by email to [email protected]. Incomplete Entries: $15, missing signatures.Priority given to complete entries based on postmark date!

All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2024 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of VeterinaryInspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses.


All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a$5 close out fee.

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

Prizes for 1st to 3rd and 7 ribbons per HT division. CCI4/3/2/1*S-$1,500 in Twin Rivers Certificates per division, 1st to 10th ribbons per CCI division, prizes for 1st to 3rd.

Stabling/Veterinarian

202 12'x12' perm. stalls, 12 15'x15' pipe corrals, 200 10'x10' temp stalls on grounds. Wood perm. Stall priority given to TRR members, TRR Volunteer Barn Winner and Premier Barns. No Tying to barns, any barn damage repairs must be paid by competitor. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $250 from Noon Wednesday through Noon Monday. Additional nights $50/night. Non-stabled horses/hauled in horses for weekend=$100 (TRR members exempt.) Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Feed/ Hay/Bedding available for purchase; Shavings-$15/bag, email pre-orders to [email protected]. No outside delivery of bedding allowed. Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divide/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be on a held leash. $100 loose dog donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member. Cahoots Catering food available during show on grounds. Dressage/Show Jumping Tests of Choice- $40/round. Thursday Schooling Rounds will be offered for dressage and Show Jumping T and below. Sign up will be offered online Monday of the week of the event at twinrivershorsepark.com. Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
