Entry: P: $255; M/T: $245.00;N/BN: $235 Stabling:$65 per night. Please specify on entry which nights you require stabling. Grounds Fee: $25.00 for the weekend for each non-stabling horse. Refunds: Scratches received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded the cost of entry fees minus a $25 non-refundable office fee. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement to be eligible to participate in the competition. 155 permanent box stalls and 41 temporary stalls, all with solid doors and 10'X10' in size. No tack stalls available. No refunds on stabling after the closing date unless management is able to fill your stall. Hay and bagged shavings available for purchase, $11 per bag shavings, $11 per bale hay. Orders placed with original stabling form entry will be delivered to your stall prior to arrival. Stalls are to be stripped upon departure and will be checked the morning after the event. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a dirty stall. Stall stripping services available. Please sign up at the show office (cash or check only). No non-competing horses on grounds. Veterinarian: Dr. Erica Koch will be on-call Friday, on-grounds Sat & Sun. Farrier: TBD will be on callFriday on grounds Sat. & Sun. X-C course open on Members' Days June 3, July 6-7, and August 12, Sept. 16. Must be a member to school XC and use facility on Members' Days. Statement regarding motorized and wheeled vehicles on XC: No wheeled or motorized vehicles permitted on XC at any time (i.e., ATVs, motorbikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, golfcarts, etc.) No wheeled (bicycles) or motorized vehicles, including motorized bikes, E-bikes, Segways, etc. on the XC course when XC is running (Friday and Sunday). Bicycles and E-Bikes permitted on course walking days (Thursday, Friday only). Strict Dog Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times, $50 fee for each off-leash occurrence.No dogs allowed on cross county course on cross country day. Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall.There is no cell phone coverage at GMHA (Wi-Fi available at show office and Youth Center), riders must wear medical arm bands only (not wrist bands). 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. Sharps Container: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. COVID 19 POLICY – Please refer to GMHA Covid 19 Policy and any changes will be posted at GMHA during the event. SPECTATORS and non-essential guests are permitted but must follow masking/social distancing policy requirements in place at the time of the event.
