Fri: Dressage-8 AM all divisions. BN and Starter ShowJumping 2:30 pm (this is tentative start time and may change!).
Sat: Cross-country -9 AM all divisions. Awards Ceremonies for BN and Starter during competitor party starting at 5:30 pm.
Sun: Starting at 8:30 AM Show Jumping and Awards Ceremonies.

If the show is filled on opening date completed entries will be put on a wait list and a draw will take place if an opening appears. All entriesmust be paid with cc, no checks accepted. Entries limited to 200. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. Entries are accepted according to postmark date. Postmark date will be changed to reflect the date payment is received by the secretary.

Camper Hook-ups:$130 Spaces are limited! you must mail a check for the weekend fee to the Show Sec. Betsy Jones. A drawing will be made after closing date, if you are not on the camper list your check will be destroyed.
Golf Carts: Limited number available for rent $350 Thursday-Sunday.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Full Refund -$25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fees include Stablingfrom Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Extra nights: $30 per night. Change fee $25 after CD, $40after schedule is done,notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. All riders entered in the I, P and M divisions must have proof of USEF membership! USEA current membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership/horse registration.
Biosecurity: This event requires a negative coggins dated within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Awards
All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place. We will not have an Award Ceremony on Saturday! Ribbons will be available by the office.
Stabling/Veterinarian
200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling opens Thursday 1 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial shavings/straw bedding included. Early arrivals need to be approved by show sec.! Extra overnight stabling $40 per night.Hay& shavingsavailable for purchase in advance withentry or [email protected]prior to Sep.12thto have your order delivered to your stall.Shaving orders received prior to event $8, during event $10!Shavings only allowed! A $50 Stall cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if stall is not found stripped clean after the event.Indicate ONE stabling group name if you want to stable with others.Veterinarian:# will be at show office and stall doors. Farrier on grounds.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
