Will start at Starter level and go up. Schedule will be posted on website and FB. Sat:Dressage-7:30 AM, ALL Nov and BN; Show Jumping- M/T/N/BN 8 AM, beginning with Modified. Competitor's Party!!- 6PM Sun:Cross-country-8 AM M/T/N/BN. ***PLEASE NOTE: STARTER HORSE TRIAL RUNS AS 1 DAY COMPETITION FRIDAY; ALL Training & Modified Dressage will be on FRIDAY Schedule is tentative and will be adjusted according to entry numbers. "No post entries accepted." Double Entries: Not accepted. Stabling: ENTER EARLY! ON GROUNDS STALLS LIMITED. ON GROUND: (first come, first serve): $250 Thursday through Sunday - approx 60stall tent in field and 30 permanent stalls with doors.You may indicate preference on entry, although not guaranteed.Muck Fee:$50 stall deposit, separate check. Non-Compete Horse Fee: $125 for weekend plus stabling fee if applicable and room allows. Entry Fees after Close: All payments received after Close must be paid via PayPal, venmo, or credit card. NSF fee of $50 will be charged for each NSF check. Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Friday Jumper Derby. Copy of current USEF membership cards for Rider, Owner, and Trainer listed on entry required for Modified and must be included in the entry: Non-members will be assessed a show pass fee of $45. Entry is not complete until all paperwork with required signatures, 2024 FCF Rider Release, fees and Coggins is received with entry or by email. Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Competitor Information

M- 3000m @ 490 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. All N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm . Set on a horse farm so galloping through several paddock openings. Educational for all levels, great variety of questions with optimal galloping at the Trng & Mod levels. Water, ditches and banks at all levels. Most galloping fences max for the level but the combinations are not. Cross-country course closed August 11th.

Awards

10 ribbons per division, Prize awarded to division winner. Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards:Ribbons and prize awarded to the best scoring TIP eligible horse at each level.Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with the Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a TIP number and make sure the rider is associated with the T.I.P. Number. TIP number applications are done online athttp://www.tjctip.comTIP numbers must be provided to secretary on entry or emailed to [email protected] Intercollegiate team ribbons: 1-6. MUST indicate desire to ride in Team on entry form. Complete list of team members must be submitted to secretary by email prior to closing date. Scramble teams available. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: ENTER EARLY! ON GROUNDS STALLS LIMITED. ON GROUND: (first come, first serve): $250 Thursday through Sunday -60 10x10 temporary stalls in tent in field and 30 permanent stalls with doors. No tack stalls due to limited stalls available. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stabletogether, you MUST use a group or stable name on stabling form. This is the ONLY way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stabling forms with no group or stable name requests will be assigned stabling at secretary's discretion. No guaranteed electricity in tent Stabling for fans. NO box fans allowed in permanent stabling - 3 prong fans only and must be off by 9pm. $50.00 stall stripping deposit on separate check must accompany entry and will be destroyed after stall check prior to departure. Attention: Riders - This event uses paper pinny inserts and vinyl number holders (provided by riders). Jumping Derby offered on Friday morning! Sign up day of!! Stadium courses will be different for the Horse Trials M/T/N/BN. Beginning 8:30AM, runs lower levels to upper levels, so you can ride multiple levels. S/BN/N/T/M/P Derby fee $40/ride. Open to riders and horses not in the competition as well. We will post the schedule for each level on the website ahead of time. Coggins and farm release required for participation. Riders limited 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state eligible preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Free gift to each competitor! Competitors Party Is Back!!! Join us Saturday after the completion of Show Jumping for the reinstatement of our Competitor's Party!!!Good food, good people, good times! Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.
