If you are an FEI athlete competing at least 1 FEI horse, you are allowed to have your national horses stabling with them ONLY IF they are registered with the FEI, registered in the FEI horse app, and follow the FEI Horse App protocol leading up to, through, and departing the event.NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are not competing an FEI horse during the event, you are not allowed to be stabled in the FEI Stables Area, this includes requesting to be stabled with a group competing in FEI. Sorry, not our rules but we have to be compliant.
Please indicate if you have an FEI-registered horse that would like to be stabled with your FEI competition horse(s).This request must be noted on your stabling form!All non-competing, FEI-registered horses wishing to be stabled with FEI horses MUST be registered Passport and be entered in the FEI Horse App. Late requests most likely will not be able to be accommodated.
FEI Vet Regs Article 1008.III.b.:
a) Horses that are not vaccinated in accordance to Article 1003 are not permitted into the FEI Stables Area and must be stabled away from vaccinated Horses. In the case of indoor stabling this must be in a separate building or separate airspace;
b) Horses that are not registered with the FEI are not permitted access to the FEI Stables Area.
FEI Registered Horses that are (i) not accompanying Horses and (ii) that are only competing in other competitions e.g. national and regional competitions at the same Event venue are not permitted to enter the FEI Stables Area.

NOTHING WITH WHEELS ALLOWED ON THE CROSS-COUNTRY COURSES OR ROADS AROUND THE COURSES. Golf cart/scooter/bike parking provided near start box for easy access to walk to courses on foot.
White Oak XC course is always closed for schooling.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Tryon Resort host a variety of food options and amenities on-site with 8 restaurants, retail vendors, and a General Store.
Dogs MUST be leashed at all times.
Drivers of ANY motorized vehicle MUST have a current, valid driver's license as per USEF rules.

Golf carts, private ATV's, scooters and bicycles are allowed in authorized areas only and not allowed on or around the roads of cross-country at any time for any reason!
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
