Saturday August 17:Cross-country and show jump courses open-3:00 PM.
Sunday August 18th: T, N, and BN dressage 8 am, Show jump 10:30 AM, XC 20 minutes after Show jump ride time.

Fees
Entry Fee Per Division: T,N,BN: $240.00Starter: $230.00
Stabling:$55/Night. Limited permanent stalls on grounds, additional permanent stalls off-site less than 2 miles away.
Muck Fee:$ 50.00 - Separate check made payable to Dave Emmons, check can be mailed or given directly to the secretary. Check will be shredded if stall is stripped and cleaned properly.
Haul-In Fee:$25.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.
Late Fee:$25 is due if entry isreceivedafter CD, and accepted only if space allows.
Refunds:Before C.D. Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D. Less $50 only if place can be filled from wait list.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary priorto CD for a refund.

Training, Novice, Beginner Novice, and Startercompetitors must be USEA members and horses registered with a least a limited status.
ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD.**All requests to stable with a groupmust use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. A completed facility release form is required and may be found atwww.huntersrunfarm.com. If using Xentry, the USEA/USEF Waiver and Release form is included with the entry form.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
