Refunds:Before C.D.- Scratches received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded the cost of entry fees minus a $25 office fee. After C.D Entry/Stabling - No Refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. Huntington Farm will not refund credit card fees or EventEntries.com processing fees. All refunds must be requested via email.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Our preferred method of entering is through www.evententries.com. Please make sure your Event Entries rider, horse, owner, and trainer profiles are up-to-date before entering. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $35 fee for entries accepted after closing date. $35 fee for changes made after CD - all changes must be done via email. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and USEF current membership if applicable (please check) and horse registration (Limited or Full) is required at all levels. Double entries: Not accepted. $30 fee for bounced checks.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee. After C.D Entry/Stabling. No Refund. All withdrawals must be in writing through email. Closing day withdrawals must be e-mailed to secretary before 9 pm. E-mail: [email protected] No refunds will be made without written notification as specified above. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months; must accompany entry.
Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for Safesport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for Safesport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

All courses true to the level while offering positive educational questions.Cross-country course closed prior to the event. We are excited to be making more improvements and adding some new jumps (including new MIMs technology jumps for upper levels) at all levels.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Onsite stabling $125/stall/night. Stall doors will be provided.Stalls approx 10' x 10'.Bring your own bedding. Please strip your stall upon departure. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a stall left dirty. No non-competing horses on grounds.

There are many AirBnB and VRBO offerings nearby and several lovely B&Bs (within 15 miles) in nearby Norwich, Thetford, Tunbridge, Royalton, and Sharon, VT and Hanover, NH.
In addition there are many hotel/motel options in Hanover, NH, White River Junction, VT (20 miles) and Quechee, VT (19 miles) Close to restaurants and shopping.

THE BEST food available on-grounds during show hours from Farmhouse Catering.
Competitors Party on Saturday night, tickets ($30) available for PRE-PURCHASE ONLY. Available as part of your entry through EventEntries or directly from Secretary via email before closing date.
Cell phone coverage is unreliable in Vermont and nonexistent at Huntington and there is no public WIFI so please plan accordingly!
The cross-country course will be closed prior to the Horse Trials.
Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state your preferences under the "Eligible" section and include your birth date on entries!
Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall.
Please bring your own pinny holder!
Dressage arenas are Permaflex rubber and sand, all warmups and SJ are on grass.
Statement regarding motorized and wheeled vehicles on XC: NOATVs, motorbikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, golfcarts, etc. allowed on XC at any time.No bicycles or E-bikes, Segways, etc. on the XC course when XC is running.Bicycles and E-Bikes permitted on course walking days .Strict Dog Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times, $50 fee for each off-leash occurrence.No dogs allowed on cross county course on cross country day.
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law.EV114 Dress: At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b.Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.See GR801.
SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
