Refunds:
Before Closing Date: Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation: No refund. Refunds within 1 week of scratch if entered on evententries.com. Refunds within 30 days of completion of event if entered on Xentry. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($30) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.

STABLING is limited and fills up quickly!! If you plan to stable for this event, SIGN UP EARLY. Stabling:112 permanent stalls with sliding doors. Stall size varies. There are only 8 hook-ups next to stabling, and 10 total on grounds. First-come, first served. Muck Deposit:Pay Muck Deposit on Event Entries or Xentry!Muck deposits MUST be in by Sunday, July 9 to avoid Missing Items fee.
