Stabling: $75.00 per night. Grounds Fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $75.00. Muck Fee: $50.00 (pay on Event Entries or Xentry!). Stalls must be stripped and swept (including in front of stall!) to receive muck refund. Tack stall: $75.00 per night (If space allows). Shavings: $12.00 per bag. No bedding included with stabling. Trailer Parking fee: No fee for satellite parking. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF TRAILERS AT STABLING! Campers or LQ trailers with hook-up only. Camper Hook-up: $50/night (space is limited! only 11 available on a first-come basis) Tent camping, no hook-up: $25.00 (no trailers at barn! Camping is available at satellite parking) Late Fee: (included in Post Entry fees above) $75.00 Double Entries not allowed. Incomplete Fee: $25.00 PER ITEM for any missing information as of 6:00pm Sunday, June 30, 2024. Per USEF Rule GR909, we will NOT ACCEPT an entry unless/until the following has been submitted: Entry form, coggins, both USEF waivers signed by ALL applicable parties, fees for entry and stabling. Entries missing these items will be marked as Not Accepted and will not be scheduled or issued a pinny number. Change Fee: $25. Changes must be in writing ([email protected]). NO TEXT MESSAGES. Attention U.S. Riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system: https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will be considered incomplete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the event (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Also please pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Refunds: Before Closing Date: Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation: No refund. Scratches must be emailed to [email protected]. No phone, voicemail, or text withdraws will be accepted.
EVENT ENTRIES: Any scratches before closing date will be refunded via credit card within 1 week.
USEA XENTRY: Any scratches before closing date, refunds will be mailed within 30 days of event completion.
USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.
