Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Aspen Farms Horse Trials. Entry: Per Division: CCI4*S: $600;CCI3/2*S: $500.00; I/P: $340.00; T/N/BN: $310.00. Stabling: $200.00. Tack Stalls: $200.00 Shavings: $10/bag. Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-5/29-6/4 Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list; 6/5-6/13 Less $100 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. No refund after 6/13. Refunds will be mailed via check 30 days after the event. Must have written confirmation of the scratch to [email protected]. Competition Cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Priority given to FEI, Intermediate, and Preliminary. Entries must be paid in US funds, no Canadian checks, credit cards accepted through xEntry. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels. Change Fee of $25 for any changes made after closing date. Entries are not accepted without payment: Entries submitted through Xentry paid with a credit card will be accepted based on date of payment and mailed Xentries or entries will be accepted based on the postmark of your check payment.Late fee for entries received after closing date of $50. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org. Neg. Coggins and Health Certificate required for out-of-state horses within 12 months. Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $200/stall from 10 am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. 260 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Tack Stalls Available for $200. Additional Shavings $10 per bag. Veterinarian: TBA, # will be posted at show office. Extra night stabling $40 per night.

At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. Show Jumping footing is Sand.
