Entries
All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from the secretary will be by email.All entrants competing must be USEA members. All horses competing must have USEA registration number. Preliminary competitors, include USEF membership numbers for rider, trainer and owner (including farm, syndicate, etc.). Riders, trainers, and/or owners of horses competing at the Preliminary level who arenotUSEF members will be required to pay $45 Show Pass fee with entry.(Note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are the ones who care and feed the horses)

Course runs on same land as the MARS Great Meadow International. On all courses, some obstacles tend toward maximum heights for the level. Forward galloping courses. Well suited for horses with experience at the level. P - includes water complex & coffin. M -includes water complex & ditch.T -includes water complex & ditch. N - includes water complexand ditch. BN includes a water complex. Cross-country course closed for schooling before HT. Schooling is currently planned for Tuesday after the HT

Great Meadow Foundation is planning to host a schooling day on the Tuesday after the competition. The levels that will be available will be Beginner Novice, Novice and Training.The Great Meadow Foundation will provide information on their website https://www.greatmeadow.org/ with the details once they are worked out.

We will be guided by USEA/USEF and the State of Virginia Covid-19 protocols at the time of the event. We will notify all entries if we need to make any changes for health concerns.
The Sharps container will be placed at the Secretary stand which is near the trailer parking. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
