Address: Washington State Horse Park - 1202 Douglas Munro Blvd CleElum, WA (www.washingtonstatehorsepark.org) From I90 Eastbound - Take Exit 84; after exit ramp take first left (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it quickly turns left and proceed 0.7 miles past cemetery to entrance to the Horse Park. From I90 Westbound - Take Exit 84; at end of exit ramp turn right onto Oakes Ave., proceed 0.5 miles to light; make left onto W. First St. and continue 0.7 miles; make right (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it quickly turns left and proceed 0.7 miles past cemetery to entrance to the Horse Park. To Lower Cross Country Course: Take Exit 80 and head North on Bullfrog Road. In 1/2 mile turn right on Woodduck Road. Parking for cars is on left of Woodduck Road and trailers park on right side of road.

Additional Stabling Nights: $50.

RV Hookup:Full Hookup (Water/Sewer/Electric): $240 Thursday-Sunday Water/Electric Hookup: $180 Thursday-Sunday.

Additional RV Nights:Full $80; Water/Electric: $60.

Dry Camping: $45 Thursday-Sunday. Additional Dry Camping Nights: $15/nights.

Shavings: $14/bag. Haul-in fee: $100 per horse for non-stabled horses. Refunds before CD less $25 office fee; after CD refunds only given if space can be filled less $50, refunds are mailed checks within 30 days of the event. Withdrawal/cancellation requests must be in writing emailed to the secretary.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. If competition is canceled, no refunds will be given.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted. No Canadian Checks. Entries received after closing date 5/14-5/21 are subject to $50 late fee; after 5/21 are subject to $100 late fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. If oversubscribed, priority will be given to Preliminary and Intermediate level riders. Neg. Coggins and Health Certificate required for out-of-state horses within 12 months.Horse Vaccination Reminder: Per USEF rules we require all horses to have proof of Influenza and Equine Herpes vaccination within 6 months of show to be the on grounds. Please submit your vaccination records online when you enter at2024 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccination. Washington State Horse Park Waiver: All riders must sign in addition to the entry form atEI Horse Trial Event Participants 5/24. Each change after closing date will incur $25 change fee. $50 fee for all returned checks. Double entries not accepted. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Intermediate and Preliminary levels will be located at the lower course, off Woodduck Road. Also changes on lower tracks. All courses are wide trails through pine forest on dirt/sand footing. Cross-country course closed May 19th.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $210 for the entire weekend from 8 am on Thursday to 6 pm Sunday.280 stalls onsite with stall doors, limited tack stalls available, two bags of initial bedding provided. Rubber Mat stalls given to sponsors and key volunteers. $50/night additional stabling. $14/bag additional shavings. If no stall, weekend haul-in fee of $70 per horse.
