Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not
subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the
competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

An Entry is considered complete ifit is received by hard copy, or X-entry, with full payment before closing date. If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late Fee. Late Fee-$40. Changes after Entry-$25. Double Entry-$25. All Entries missing signature or full payments are Incomplete. Incomplete Entry-$15. All Entries include a non-refundable $25 Office Fee. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Upgrades to Courses for all levels. Some rolling terrain. Cross-country course closed two weeks prior to event. Cross-country is forest terrain, pads or pour-in pads may be recommended.

Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thursday 5/26/21Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds.PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. ONE INITIAL BAG OF SHAVINGS PROVIDED. SHAVINGS ARE $12 PER BAG. $200/stall. Tack Stall $200 if available. Thursday 10 am to Monday 10 am. Stall doors. Trailer-in fee $100 for the weekend, for non-stabled horses. Non-compete horses $100, plus stabling. Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. Stabling requests must accompany entry. You must clean your stall before you leave. PLEASE PUT MANURE IN THE CEMENT BUNKERS. There is a $50 deposit for stall cleaning.

Cross-country
course closed two weeks prior to Event. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state
preferences under the Eligible Section and rider's birth date on entry. Entry
limit: 200. Food on Grounds. Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated
to the course development fund. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the
cross-country course.
Non-compete horses that paid stabling and the $100 non-compete fee will include a Cross-country schooling.
Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same
level, $5 per person. Cross-country schooling for one hour (time
& conditions permitting), following last horse to go on Sunday; a fee of
$50 for entered horses, non-entered horses, $75. Trainer must pick-up pinney
and prepay secretary.
We will be offering theCoconino Challenge.To be awarded at
theSummer Coconino II. This is for horses enteredthe
Spring Coconino, Summer I & Summer II. Great prizes! Best 2 Scores.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
