Wednesday: All stabling opens - 1:00. Arrival exams -1-5:00. Prior arrivals must make arrangements through the Stabling Manager in advance. **Please go directly from the trailer to the exams, without putting horses in stalls first. *For Wednesday arrivals, you will have temps taken but come back to jog first thing on Thursday morning.
Thursday:Arrival exams 9-12 and 1-5:00.Arena Familiarization 10-5:00 in Main and Hunter arenas. Cross-Country
course open - 3:00 pm. Jump schooling by appointment with FEI Stewards 3-4:30 by appointment only. Gaze and Graze at the Pavilion, 5-7:00.
Friday: Additional arrival exams 7:30-10:00. Test rides 7:45 am 4/3/2. Dressage competition starts 8:00 for 4/3/2, then A and I dressage. Show jumping will go in the afternoon for as many divisions as time allows, most likely 4/3 and possibly A/I. Any divisions that don't SJ Friday will go Saturday morning. Gaze and Graze at the Pavilion, 5-7:00.
Saturday: Dressage 8:00am P/M/T. Show Jumping 2* and any divisions that did dressage Friday but didn't SJ, followed by as much of the P/M/T as is possible depending on numbers. XC 4/3/2/A/I, with awards approximately half an hour after completion of each division. Gaze and Graze at the Pavilion, 5-7:00.
Sunday: Finish Show Jumping any divisions not completed on Saturday. XC P/M/T. Awards approximately half an hour after completion of each division.
Competition is most likely a 2-day Friday/Saturday for 4/3/2/A/I and a 2-day Saturday/Sunday for P/M/T.

All entries include a $25 non-refundable entry fee. Entries on Evententries.com will NOT be accepted without payment. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE
MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by
closing date, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked
entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or a $50 late fee
will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be at the Stable View Main Office by
closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No
entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, trainers, and owners at Modified and up must
send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee
will be charged. Participants are now only allowed 1 show pass fee per year.Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders
including foreign, must have a USEA number. All membership cards and horse numbers have to
be to Stable View secretary by closing or a $50 late fee will be owed.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls. Change of horse
or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $35 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes
will be allowed after 4/4/23. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12
months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.svfequestrian.com. No other notification method will be used.

10 ribbons per division.
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL FEI LEVELS! $62,000 total in prize money, with $30,000 for the 4*, $20,000 for the 3*, and $10,000 for the 2*, plus $2,000 for Amanda Bader award ($1,000 to the lowest scoring dressage rider who completes the 4*, and $500 each to the lowest scoring dressage riders who complete the 3 and 2*). In case of a tie, closest to Optimum time will win the award.
FITS Gift Certificateswill be awarded to the first place finisher in the CCI2*, 3*, and 4*.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling - $300, includesWednesdaytoSunday in permanent "FEI" stabling barns. All stalls a minimum of 12 X 10'. Stalls doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Limited stallsavailablefor $350 that are closer to the Covered Arena/Pavilion and include use of a paddock, for National horses only. Extra nights $35/night
FEI and National horses will be allowed to stable together, only if the rider contacts the secretary in advance to make this request. National horses are required to have a passport and FEI number, and to do the HorseApp, and have an in-barn, if they are to be stabled in the FEI barns.
Shavings $9/bag if pre-ordered, $11/bag on site (includes tax). Pre-orders must be received by Friday March 29.

Other Information
Limited to 350 total competitors so please get your Entry in early! Food on grounds. Four Rider Lounges will be in use including the Executive Lounge - positioned between the two banks of Stalls. These Lounges will be available for all competing riders and offer coffee, a light breakfast, fruit, snacks and water and a place to have meetings and relax during the day. In addition the Executive Lounge includes toilets, washing machine and dryer and shower facilities. Please note updates and changes to USEF
rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. Stable View reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry from any owner, trainer, exhibitor, or coach who has a past due balance owed to Stable View.
