Morven Park’s Equestrian Center is located one mile north of the Town of Leesburg off Route 15 on Route 740 (Tutt Lane). From Washington, DC: Take the Dulles Toll Road/Greenway (VA-267) West approximately 28 miles. Take exit 1B for US-15 N/VA-7 East toward Frederick, Md. Continue NORTH on US-15 N Bypass for about 3.5 miles. Following the light at Battlefield Parkway, the north-bound lanes will split from the south-bound lanes. Just after they merge again, enter the left turn lane to turn LEFT onto Tutt Lane (Route 740). Continue .5 mile to the Morven Park entrance on the LEFT. Option from VA-7/Leesburg Pike Take VA-7 WEST toward Leesburg, exiting at US-15 N/Leesburg Bypass. Travel NORTH and continue to follow directions above. From points west: Take VA-7 EAST to US-15 N/Leesburg Bypass NORTH or take I-66 EAST or Route 50 EAST to US-15 NORTH. Take US-15/Leesburg Bypass NORTH. Following the light at Battlefield Parkway, the north-bound lanes will split from the south-bound lanes. Just after they merge again, enter the left turn lane to turn LEFT onto Tutt Lane (Route 740). Continue .5 mile to the Morven Park entrance on the LEFT. From points north: Take US-15 SOUTH toward Leesburg. After the light at White’s Ferry Road/Raspberry Falls, watch for the third road on the right, Tutt Lane (Route 740). You will turn onto Tutt Lane just before the US-15 Business and US-15 Bypass split. Continue .5 mile to the Morven Park entrance on the left. From Warrenton, Va., and points south: From US-15 N/US-29 North, take James Madison Hwy./US-15 approximately 22 miles. At VA-7, turn right and continue on the ramp onto US-15 Bypass NORTH. Continue on US-15/Leesburg Bypass NORTH. Following the light at Battlefield Parkway, the north-bound lanes will split from the south-bound lanes. Just after they merge again, enter the left turn lane to turn LEFT onto Tutt Lane (Route 740). Continue .5 mile to the Morven Park entrance on the LEFT.

Post Entry/Late fee:$50. Post entries accepted at discretion of organizer as space allows.

Camping: $40.00/night - no hookups; no dumping of grey water Refunds:Before CD -entry& stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD - no refund, unless there is a wait-list and complete entry can be found from the waitlist to fill the spot - then refund less $25 office fee. No refunds (entry or stabling) after Monday, March 25th.Competition cancellation - no refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, e-mail only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after Mar 24th. Any paperwork RECEIVED after Mar 24th, add $50 fee. Incomplete entries may be wait-listed. Entries without payment will be waitlisted. Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Vaccination record or letter from veterinarian (with signature) showing flu/rhino vaccine received within 6 months required for all horses.

Entries

Electronic entries accepted via WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM. - payments may be made by credit card; payment, signature page, flu/rhino vaccine record, and current Coggins must be received before closing date or entrymay be wait listed. Entries without payment will be waitlisted. Entries include $25 non-refundable office fee. $50 fee for bounced checks. US CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY; NO FOREIGN CHECKS. Include printed, legible, and current e-mail address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via e-mail. Missing items will be noted via e-mail communication AND on our webpage. If overbooked, management reserves the rightto limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. Wait List: After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list. Only entries paid in full are placed on the wait list. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Sunday, Mar 24th at 9 pm. RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM. Morven Park will provide paper numbers for their competitors to insert into their plastic pinny holders. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. BN-1400-2000m @ 350 mpm All courses in open rolling fields with established old turf. Large galloping tracks that are not overly technical for spring event. All courses include ditches, water, and terrain questions. All courses solid for the level. Not recommended as "move up" courses. Cross-country courses never open except for scheduled Morven Park schooling days. Warm-up: Show Jump- Attwood Eurotex footing. Cross-country- grass. Lunging areas: stone dust footing.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$200/stall (Fri/Sat/Sun), shavings $11/bag. Additional stabling $50 per day; Tack/Additional Stall $200; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $100 and mustmove out, clean stall andpay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $11/bag. NO STRAW PLEASE. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles in barns or parked within 15 feet of barns at any time. See section 10.
