USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

MUST BE PAID & RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date, a late
fee of $50 will be charged, entries after Feb. 27 have $100 late fee. $25 change fee for any changes made after
closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with
missing signatures or full payment not with entry.All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to: 2024 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccination and with them to enter show grounds. Out of State Horses: copy of Neg. Coggins required within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days (Not required for in-state horses).

USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life)
and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Pre-comp. Pre-comp participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. $225/stall/tack stall/non-compete horse. Thursday to Sunday included. $40 for additional nights. 274 permanent stalls on grounds. 536 portable stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes Cross-Country Schooling on Sunday. Haul In Fee: $100. Hay/ Bedding available for purchase at Show Grounds. Shavings - $12/bag, no delivery of outside feed or bedding permitted. Further info from Sec'y. Cross country schooling after the competition on Sunday, $45/horse. Rider must have an insured trainer with a SAzEA Trainer Agreement on file to school Cross-Country. More information can be found at www.southernarizonaeventing.org/policies.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
