USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Bounced Check Fee: $25. 2023 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccination Upload Here!Vaccinations must be uploaded and with competitor to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of Neg. Coggins required within 12 months and Certivicate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Starterriders are exempt from USEA membership and horse registration, and USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

7 ribbons per division, and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, for all levels.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$250/stall for all stabling from Noon Wednesday to Sunday. $60/additional night. Must be approved by Management. 400 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Trailer In Fee - $100 for non stabled horses. Non competing horses $100 facility use fee. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, Shavings @ $13/bag (please order in advance) further info from the secretary. No outside feed and shavings deliveries. Veterinarian: Steinbeck Equine, number posted at show office. New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight; you will not be able plan on tacking up horses at your trailer or to put awnings out. Tack stalls or tack truck is HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Thank you all for your assistance in helping us keep the parking organized. All barns are 12' deep x 10' wide with rubber mats, LED lighting, and all hardware needed for hanging buckets, feed and hay bags. Any damage done to canvas or new permanent stalls will be billed directly to rider of horse. New Stalls in North Barns. Please do not alter to change stall configuration.

At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”. Show Jumping Footing - GGT. Sharps Containers Located in Barns must be used per USEF rules.
