Directions
From Westminster, MD and points North:Follow Rte 140 East from Westminster or West from Reisterstown to Rte 91 (Gamber Road) in Finksburg. Take Rte 91 South toward Gamber. Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.
From Interstate I-70:Take I-70 East from Frederick or West from Baltimore to Rte 32 North. Proceed approximately 8 miles North on Rte 32 where you will cross over Liberty Reservoir and go up a long hill. Turn right onto Bollinger Mill Road. Go ONLY 50 yards and turn left onto Louisville Road. Follow Louisville Road approximately 0.8 miles. Full Moon Farm is on the left. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.
From Baltimore:From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take I-795 North to Rte 140 West (Exit (9B). Turn left onto Rte 91 (Gamber Road). Tentative Schedule
Sat:Competitor's Party when XC Course opens at 3pm.
Sun:Dressage starting at 7:30 am. Show Jumping around 9am. XC around 9:15am. We will have multiple dressage arenas running at the same time. Pre-Starter and Poles will run in their own arenas at the same time as Starter and above.
***Please note: All riders will have published XC times being approx. 5-10 min after their SJ ride is complete; we expect riders to go directly from SJ to XC warm-up. For SJ & XC: Riders will be taken in numerical order when possible, but may also be taken in order of arrival.

INCOMPLETE ENTRY FEES:
Entry Fees are assessed based on the date that the entry isCOMPLETE and PAID. Packets will not be released for any rider with an incomplete entry or who owes money.
Missing Paperwork:IfANY paperwork/forms (e.g., FMF waiver, Coggins, Signatures,USEA numbers, etc.) are incomplete after the CLOSING DATE, an additional$25 admin fee will be charged. This fee MUST be paid online or in-person with cash at packet pickup.
CHANGE FEES:
Changes made prior to CD:No charge.
Changes madeOct. 25th-Nov. 6th:$50 change feeper actual changemade (i.e., change of horse + rider = $100), not per email received.
Changes madeNov. 7th-Nov. 11th:If accepted, $75 change feeper actual changemade (i.e., change of horse + rider = $150), not per email received.
All changes (including change of rider, horse, or division) must be made via email ([email protected]). No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes (i.e., changesNov 7thor after), but please be aware that changes of horse, rider, & division can be difficult to make once the schedule is nearly complete.
STABLING FEES:
Muck Deposit:A $75 check must be given to the Secretary at packet pick-up. Deposits will be shredded if stalls are left as requested.
Limited On-Site Stabling: $100/night. Please contact the Secretary for availability prior to selecting the Stabling option online.

REFUNDS:
Before the CD:Entry fee (less a $25 non-refundable office fee) and the USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
After the CD:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
Competition Cancelation:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30, if applicable) will be refunded.
USEA Starter & D&M FeeRefund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found atwww.usef.org.
All horses must wear their pinny number during all 3 phases(either on bridle or saddle pad).Riders must bringtheir own pinny holders and bridle tags/saddle pad numbers. We will provide paper inserts for pinny holders. We do not provide bridle tags.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
