ALL mailed entries, Event Eventries & Xentries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked prior to or on closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete may not accepted or assessed the incomplete entry fee. Changes after C.D. $25. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund prior to close date; FEI after C.D. to Oct 20-Less $25 office fee; HT after C.D. to Oct. 13-Less $25 office fee. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag.
