All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. No grounds fee.Entries made the first week of opening may be changed or cancelled without penalty up until 2 weeks before competition. Combined Test: USEA membership/horse registration are not required; USEA non-members will pay a $25 USEA non-member fee with entry. The USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. M-2600m@490 mpm;T-2400 m @ 420 mpm; N-2000 m @ 375 mpm; BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm/max height 2'7" h. Intro: 1200 m, not timed. Terrain: Rolling hills. Courses: good for first time at the USEA recognized level. All courses have 1 or 2 waters, with BN option no water, banks & revetted ditches. All courses updated 2020 ETB built fences. Cross-country course closed June 21.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $50/stall/night. Some perm. stalls on grounds. Other perm. stalls approx. 5 mile from event. Stall doors & 1 bag shavings provided. $25 muck fee in separate check: Will be torn up if stall is stripped/cleaned.
Veterinarian:# will be posted at secretary´s stand and & on scoreboard. Farrier on grounds.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences (Horse, Rider, Open) under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from secretary or website:www.olneyfarm.com. Dogs must be leashed. Food available; Bring water for people and horses. Water provided for bathing horses; ice, if weather/humidity index high. New parking area. Cross-country clinic/open schooling competition course: see Olney Farm website for more information. A beginner- friendly event: small but sweet.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
