Course Brook Farm will be running all divisions except Prelim on both Sat and Sun. Prelim will be Saturday only! Please select your preferred day when entering (Y=Sat or Z=Sun). In Xentry enter Y or Z under "Other" or state in note section. If entries are low, the show will be condensed to one day and run on Saturday only. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. If space allows, post-closing/late entries may be accepted with a $50 late fee. USEF membership required at Preliminary level for owner, rider and trainer. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA and USEF membership and horse registration and the USEA/USEF Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Electronic entries accepted through EventEntries.com, Xentry, credit card entries accepted. Permanent Pinney Holder required.All changes/scratches must be made by email - no exceptions.Change Fee: $25, for any changes made any time after closing date. Changes must be in writing or e-mail. No phone calls/texts. Awards

Prizes and 8 ribbons per division. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) is offering ribbons and prizes to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reservelow pointplaced Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. Numbers to eventsecretary with entry. For more information, visit www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be provided to the host horse show for distribution.

Stabling/Veterinarian

NO ONSITE STABLING - Offsite only: Permanent stabling, $65/stall per night, no option to purchase shavings, must bring your own. Stall doors provided. $30 muck fee deposit, separate check. Veterinarian:KE Equine, 508.409.6625. Will post number at secretary stand.

Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
