Refunds:Before C.D. Less $25 office fee. After CD no refund,
unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are
filled, a refund for either less $50 office fee will be given for either that
was filled. Competition cancellation-No refund.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or, if applicable, has not presented at the first horse inspection.
Entries
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries MUST include payment to be accepted. No Canadian Checks Accepted. All checks MUST come from U.S. Bank Account.Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of$50. $25 change fee, for any changes made after closing date.$15 for incomplete entries. $25 for Double Entries. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.Returned Check=$35 fee.
Copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and health certificate within 30 days for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses.
All horses must have their vaccine records submitted with entry and with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds!
Temperature Log for 3 days prior to arrival will be required for entry to facility and kept twice daily on site.

MODIFIED and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be on a held leashed. $100 Loose Dog Donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level; $5/ team member.
Show Jumping footing is sand.
Food available on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Sunday after the competition for $75.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
Sharps containers must be used located in the barns.
