Draw checks to CHP. U.S. dollars only. Only ONE check needed for all horses/stabling/grounds fees. Double entries are not accepted. Entries will not be accepted until payment is received in full. All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. CCI4*/3*/2*-S: $450.00 (prize money awarded); CCI1*-S: $425 (prize money awarded);A/I/P: $330.00 (prize money awarded 1st through 3rd); M/T: $280.00 (prize money awarded 1st through 3rd). Late Fee: $50.00. Change Fee: $50 office fee for entry changes after closing date. Stabling: $290.00 Stabling from Tuesday AM through Sunday PM; Tack/Non-Compete stall: $290.00; Grounds fee: $50.00 each non-stabled horse per event, Night Check fee:$20 each stabled horse per event. RV/Camping: $ 50.00 per night.

Refunds: Scratches submitted before the closing date will be refunded entry and stabling fees, minus a$25 non-refundable office fee. Scratches submitted after the closing date will receive no refund. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF and FEI rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
