email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email.If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. Coggins within 12 months AND flue/rhino vaccination letter required for all horses. Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds; $75.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Non-competing horses must have current coggins, a flu/rhino vaccination letter, and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas.
Junior Novice and Junior Training divisions will be Rider divisions restricting the divisions by experience in accordance with USEF Rules for Eventing Appendix 3, and JYP will be an open division.
Absolutely no motorized vehicles on Cross Country courses at any time. All changes to entry must be made in writing before closing date, any change to entry stats/stabling/post entries after closing date, a processing fee will be charged according to information below. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. A fee will becharged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after Sep 27. Any paperwork received after Oct 3 (postmarked or delivered) add $50 fee. Incomplete entries may be waitlisted. A $50 charge will be attached to all entries missing paperwork: signature pages, coggins, vaccination letter, payment, USEA/USEF #'s, or other information if not received by 5 pm on Monday, October 3.
Wait List:After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries paid in full are placed on the waitlist. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Friday, September 30 at 9pm.

Awards
The Morven Park Fall International Horse Trials and CCI is offering almost $30,000 in prize money! $20,000 will go to the top finishers in the CCI4*-L. Arden Farm is providing $7,500 in prize money for the top placings in the CCI2*YH-S and the CCI3*YH-S. The Piedmont Equine Practice is providing $1,500 to be shared with the best placed Under-25 finishers in the CCI2* and the CCI3* and CCI4* combined

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stall $200,initial 2 bags bedding included. Tack/Additional Stall $200; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Temporary stalls may be added if needed and available. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and must move and pay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $10/bag. NO STRAW PLEASE. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles permitted in barns: See section 10.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
