ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE ARRIVAL:On-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $20 per missing item. This includes, signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse. rider, owner or trainer numbers, etc.Missing Items fees will be enforced. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED.
CHANGES: Changes must be in writing via email to the Secretary. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting and subject to a $75 change fee.
Rider Status: The status of all entries will be available on the event's website. http://www.greatmeadowinternational.com.
WAITLIST. Up to 220 entries can be accommodated, but exact numbers will depend on the entry split for the different levels and health regulations in effect at the time. Paid and complete entries will receive priority and unpaid and incomplete entries will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which they were received.
Refunds:Payment required before the closing entry date. Scratches before closing date receive full refund less $25. Payment and entries received after closing date are subject to a $150 late fee. No refunds after closing date unless space can be filled from the wait list, and then will be subject to a $150 office fee.
Competition Cancellation- Refunds dependent upon Organizers' financial ability.
Double Entries: Accepted with a $100 additional fee.

All FEI horses must have an FEI Passport indicating required influenza primary series & boosters. There will be a fee of $50 for returning passports not retrieved at the end of competition.
Please note: Non-competing horses who wish stabling with FEI horses must have ID papers and vaccination records indicating required influenza primary series and boosters.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF and FEI rulebooks will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
